Understand yourself more deeply — through work that stays with you

As a Therapeutic Coach, I use an integrative approach that combines psychotherapeutic understanding with practical coaching focused on meaningful change.

Whether you want to better understand your thoughts, behaviours, and emotional patterns, or you’ve been led to pause and reassess through chronic illness or burnout, this work offers space to reconnect with yourself more deeply.

Together, we gently explore the parts of you that feel difficult to face, uncover limiting beliefs, and build deeper self-awareness that supports meaningful and lasting change.

About

How I work

I offer 60 minute online sessions on Zoom. Each session is tailored to you as an individual. You’ll be met with a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where we can uncover what may be holding you back while supporting meaningful personal growth.

I can guide you in exploring the deeper emotional and behavioural patterns behind your experiences while also supporting meaningful movement and growth in everyday life.

I draw on approaches including:

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Pr gramming)

  • Life Coaching

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Developmental Psychology

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

  • Mindfulness Practices

Our work is collaborative, gentle, and shaped around your individual needs.

In our work together, you can expect to:

  • Make sense of the impact of past experiences

  • Feel more grounded in the present

  • Develop greater self-awareness

  • Build emotional resilience

  • Move forward with greater clarity and direction

Who I work with
Fatigue & Burnout Support
Emotional Freedom Technique

I support people who are experiencing:

  •  Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm

  •  Burnout, fatigue, or low energy

  •  Low mood or low self-esteem

  •  Feeling emotionally stuck or        drained

  •  Disconnection from themselves    or their needs

I also work with people who:

  • Want to understand themselves more deeply

  • Feel ready to create meaningful change

  • Are drawn to personal growth and emotional development

  • Want to build a stronger relationship with themselves

  • Feel curious about the patterns that may be keeping them stuck

Sessions are trauma-informed and offered within a supportive and compassionate environment.

I have a particular interest in supporting fatigue-related conditions and burnout.

Together, we explore the patterns, pressures, and demands that may be draining your energy so we can begin creating more sustainable ways of living and working.

Healing is rarely about one single change. More often, it involves understanding the different pieces of your experience and how they fit together.

This may include:

  •  Supporting your nervous system

  •  Learning to recognise and respond to your limits and needs with more compassion

  • Gently shifting your relationship with your body

  • Creating healthier patterns around rest, stress, and energy

Rather than focusing only on “why this happened,” we explore what may be getting in the way of recovery — and how to move forward with greater awareness, self-understanding, and inner resilience.

I sometimes incorporate Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) into sessions where appropriate.

I am currently working towards Level 2 EFT Practitioner accreditation.

EFT is a gentle approach that combines focused awareness with tapping on specific acupressure points on the body. EFT is often described as emotional acupuncture without needles. It can help to:

  • Reduce stress and emotional overwhelm

  • Process emotions when talking alone doesn’t feel enough

  • Support a greater sense of calm and emotional balance

  • Improve emotional awareness and regulation
